General Terms

At GatoGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Toys, Cleaning supplies, Apparel, Feeding accessories, Waste solutions, and Health products for your feline friends. If you're not satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Health products (medications, supplements)
  • Used Cleaning supplies
  • Personalized Apparel items
  • Opened Feeding products (food, treats)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email to initiate your return
  2. You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
  3. Package your item securely with the original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

For items purchased with promotional discounts, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or a defective product.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
